110 km to the north from Helsinki in Harviala, Janakkala, this modern 105 m² lakeside villa was built in 2023 by lake Sääjärvi. There is a campfire site and a pier by the lake. The bottom of the lake is soft near the shore, and you can access it for swimming from the pier.

There is a large landscape window which gives a wonderful view of the fishy Lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room and kitchen are open to the ceiling. In addition there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed (160 cm) and other with bunk bed (2 x 80 cm). Upstairs a large low loft with 2 beds (80 cm). In addition an utility room.

There is no sauna.

There is a charcoal grill, which has a smoker and a BBQ grill. A kayak and rowing boat are available for use.

Please contact Lomarengas if you want to rent this cottage just for a day without staying overnight, for example for a meeting. The price is 625 e in summer (after Midsummer - mid August) and 430 e at other times, including towels. Day use is from 9 am to 11 pm. Nach Bestätigung der Buchung muss eine Anzahlung von 20 % der Gesamtmiete innerhalb von zehn Tagen erfolgen. Die zweite Zahlung muss spätestens 42 Tage vor der Abreise entrichtet werden. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann muss der volle Betrag sofort entrichtet werden.
