Diese Ferienwohnung für 10 Personen hat vier Badezimmer und fünf Schlafzimmer und verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit ein Ofen, ein offener Kamin und ein TV-Gerät. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ein Balkon, eine Terrasse, ein Pool (privat, außen), ein Tischfußballtisch, ein Hottub und ein Grill. Ihr Auto können Sie auf ein Parkplatz parken. Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit drei Duschen, eine Badewanne und Haartrockner.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, ein Gefrierschrank und ein Internetanschluss (kabellos).

Kinder

Speziell für (kleine) Kinder gibt es ein Kinderstuhl und ein Babybett.

Küche

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit eine Kaffeemaschine (Espressogerät), ein Holzofen, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Kochplatte, ein Mikrowellengerät und ein Ofen.

Villa Luciana Residence is situated just 10 minutes drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the villa and consists of two completely separated new apartments with a common large terrace

Pools and hot tubs are located above the accommodation with the separated entrance to pool area.
Guests have Finnish Sauna at their disposal in agreement with the owner, 2 hours a day.

In 2020 villa is completely renovated.
If guests want early check-in or late check-out it is possible and can be agreed but only before arrival of guests and it costs 50% of daily price.
Owners lives at the upper part of villa and they are at guests disposal always if guests need help. Guests have whole privacy at their part of villa.

The first apartment consists of a kitchen (large kitchen with island which is fully equipped: two refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ....) a dining room which is 29 square meters with a fireplace, separate living room, two bathrooms with showers and two bedrooms, one smaller with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment has two air conditioners and the size is slightly larger than 100 square meters. The whole property is newly furnished and modernly equipped with Kare design furniture - Meblo trade. There is a large terrace in front of the apartment with separated external access and outdoor furniture ( table and chairs). Apartment sleeps 4 guests.
The second apartment consists of a dining/ living room and a fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with king size beds (one room has a bathroom with walk in shower and the other two share a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is newly equipped with the outdoor barbecue, table and chairs. There is a completely private entrance with direct communication through the terrace which is 28 meters long. Given the new situation with Covid -19, the apartments are rented as a one unit, for the complete safety of our guests.

This beautiful villa is located in the village of Buići, and is a part of Dubrovnik region. This house is the perfect getaway from the usual fast paced and overcrowded life.

The house is in the short proximity of the Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful towns in the world with rich history and culture. It is only 17 minutes ride from the villa. The closet supermarket is located 3,6 km. within 9 minute ride to you can also find bank, post office, ATM, beach and restaurants. If You want to use the ferry to visit one of the nearby islands there is a ferry port in Dubrovnik, located 12,3 km.

The nearest airport is located in Čilipi which is 13,1 km away or 20 minute ride.

Zahlungsbedingungen und -fristen

Innerhalb von sieben Tagen eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Gesamtbetrags und mögliche Annulierungsversicherung. Die zweite Zahlung erfolgt spätestens sechs Wochen vor Abreise.

Wenn Sie in zwei Raten zahlen, dann bekommen Sie eine Woche vor Ablauf der zweiten Zahlungsfrist eine Erinnerung per E-Mail. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann hat die Zahlung sofort zu erfolgen. Bei einer Abreise innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen muss die Zahlung sofort und mit Kreditkarte oder über Paypal entrichtet werden.
