A large terrace with outdoor furniture is at your disposal, which makes this place a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. This apartment comes with air - conditioning.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.

This one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to two people. It features SAT LCD TV. Kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, vito ceramic, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. The bedroom comes with a large double bed. Innerhalb von sieben Tagen eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Gesamtbetrags und mögliche Annulierungsversicherung. Die zweite Zahlung erfolgt spätestens sechs Wochen vor Abreise.

Wenn Sie in zwei Raten zahlen, dann bekommen Sie eine Woche vor Ablauf der zweiten Zahlungsfrist eine Erinnerung per E-Mail. Wenn Sie innerhalb von sechs Wochen abreisen, dann hat die Zahlung sofort zu erfolgen. Bei einer Abreise innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen muss die Zahlung sofort und mit Kreditkarte oder über Paypal entrichtet werden.
